New to Yoga? You’re in the Right Place.

Please reach us at Teresa@blissfulbalanceyoga.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Absolutely. If you can breathe, you can do yoga here.

Classes are beginner-friendly, judgment-free, and always offered with options.

Perfect — you’ll fit right in.

Flexibility is not a requirement. Yoga helps you build strength, mobility, and confidence at your own pace.

Maybe for the first 5 minutes… then you’ll realize everyone is focused on their own mat.

This is a supportive, relaxed space where showing up is the win.

Nope. Everything is explained clearly and demonstrated.

No Sanskrit pop quiz, promise.

Gentle movement, mindful breathing, simple flows, and time to relax.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, looser, and proud you tried something new.

Please do. Rest is encouraged and modifications are always offered.

This is your practice.

A yoga mat, comfy clothes, and a little curiosity ✨

That’s it.

Yoga mats and props available as well.

Research shows that regular yoga practice can support both physical and mental health.

Yoga has been shown to:

  • Improve flexibility, strength, and balance
  • Support joint health and mobility
  • Reduce stress and cortisol levels
  • Activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body relax
  • Improve breathing efficiency and lung capacity
  • Support better sleep quality
  • Reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression
  • Improve focus, mood, and overall well-being

By combining movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, yoga helps regulate the nervous system and supports long-term physical and mental resilience.

*Disclaimer: Yoga is not a substitute for medical care. Always listen to your body and consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have injuries or medical conditions.
